We'd like to introduce ourselves!

In this day of electronic everything, we want to take a more personal approach. Feel free to contact any of us with questions or comments that are important to YOUR business.

Mark Bouman, Business Development, Owner:  Mark is one of the original founders of IMS back in 1990 (along with father David Bouman and sister Leigh Greene) and took over sole ownership of IMS in May 2019. In addition to overseeing the operational side of the company, he is director of Business Development and splits time between the office and visiting prospective and current customers. Spare time is spent with his family (wife, two adult kids, and Moose the Aussiedoodle), hunting, fishing, golfing, and camping.

Sherry Patten, Sr Account Executive:  Sherry began her career with IMS in 1999; from reception, through production and then to sales and management. As our Senior Account Executive, her various skills and knowledge make her a valuable resource for any international mail questions you may have. Her and her husband share two kids, a grandson Miles and two rescue dogs.

Robert "Bert" Kimmer, Production Supervisor:  Bert's job entails making sure each day runs as smoothly as possible on the production/processing side.  This requires adapting to an ever changing work load and new challenges.  Time is spent with his wife and two young kids, son Joey and daughter Lucy.  They all wear Maize and Blue if you know what I mean!

Donna Sager, Sales Support / Logistics:  Donna has been with IMS since 2000, first in production and now in the office as Sales Support and Logistics Coordinator.  Her voice is generally the first you'll hear when you call IMS.  When she isn't at her desk she is busy with her award winning dogs (oh, and her husband too!).

Trisha Goodrich, Office Administrator:  Trisha started her career with IMS in June of 2014 as an Office Assistant with primary responsibilities including reception and invoicing.  She has since added accounts receivable and payable.  She is married with three children and spends time with family fishing, camping, and supporting children's sporting events.
