Mark Bouman, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mark is one of the original founders of IMS in 1990 (along with father David Bouman and sister Leigh Greene). As VP Sales & Marketing, Mark splits time between the office and visiting prospective and current customers. Spare time is spent with his family (wife of 18 years and two teenage kids), hunting, fishing, golfing, and camping.

Sherry Patten, Sr Account Executive
Sherry began her career with IMS in 1999; from reception, through production and then to sales. As our Senior Account Executive, her various skills and knowledge make her a valuable resource for any international mail questions you may have. When she’s not thinking “IMS” you’ll find her enjoying time with family, pets and dreaming of warm tropical places.
Matthew (Matt) Corbin, Customer Service Representative
Matt joined IMS in the spring of 2009 as a Customer Service Representative. He gets involved in many of the quote requests, mailing and address questions, pickup and delivery requests, and anything else that’s asked of him. Matt is married to a brilliant and beautiful lady with 2 very cool kids. He claims to be a winter person (weird eh?) but also enjoys being outside with his family during the summer as well.
Nancy Smith, Office Administrator
Nancy joined IMS in the spring of 2010. She is responsible for the direction and management of office policies, procedures, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. While not at work Nancy enjoys boating, camping, and golfing.
Marcia Duffin, Billing Specialist
Marcia started working for IMS in May of 2004 as an Office Assistant. She’s normally the one that answers the phone and also does a lot of the invoicing. She has been married for 28 years and has two children and two grandsons. Her spare time is spent reading, camping and golfing.
