International Mail Service, Inc. had its humble beginning in a small strip mall on the west side of Kalamazoo MI in 1990. Our three employees wore many hats - sales, accounting, making pickups, processing mail, and everything in between. Those early days were tough but we had a dream of building something special for ourselves, our employees, and our customers.

Fast forward to the present and you'll still find us on the west side of Kalamazoo, but in a spacious new building that allows us maximum efficiency while supporting our steady growth. Automated mail processing and custom software expedite mail entry and our ability to get customers an accurate invoice. We are also very proud of our employees who share in the primary goal of satisfying our customers!

Along the way we've built strong relationships with the United States Postal Service (USPS) as Postal Qualified Wholesalers and we are a part of the International Mailers Advisory Group (IMAG) that includes many of our competitors. We also work with a number of foreign postal administrations all in an effort to provide cost effective solutions to a variety of situations.
